The Big White Lie
Bolivian President Evo Morales claims Michael Levine's book, "The Big White Lie," as proof of DEA and CIA protecting the biggest drug traffickers in the world and using the drug war to manipulate, control and overthrow governments. ~PRWeb

Public expense...
Arkansas is a corrupt state. A place of venal and crafty narcs and politicians. Read 'Van Buren County, Arkansas' in HOAX for this author's overview.
As with all police states, the prison population grows because that's what a police state does to its victims and enemies; warehouses them at public expense.
While the rest of the states are starting to cut back on expanding prison population simply out of fiscal concerns, Arkansas leads the pack in expansion and most of those new prisoners are drug offenders. Arkansas is bucking the popular trend of lightening up on the drug issue because they know the simple public still buys into the war on drug fantasy that has worked so well for so many years.
In 2007, the narcs lead by Shirley Arkansas narco and now mayor Johnny Sowell, fabricated what they called a $5,000,000 marijuana grow and alleged the ringleader to be a local man by the name of Joe Honea. Joe didn't know what a joint looked like but DEA agent Sowell got lots of press with the accusation, arrest and long (long) process of going to trail.
In an amazing turn around for the federal bench, the judge in Honea's case, though he could not reverse the 'guilty' verdict handed down by an ignorant jury led astray by deceptive tactics, reduced the sentence (which could have been 15 years) to 'time served' -- a total of two weeks in jail.
Such bravery by a federal judge is very rare. Click here to read what the judge had to say about all this. Still, in the main, the travesty goes on.
In 2009, the Arkansas prison population increased by an average of 114 people a month. An 3.3% increase. Interestingly, the federal prison system (BOP) continues to rise exponentially also whilst the federal bench orders certain states (California for one) to reduce the size of their population. The BOP is about 40% over capacity. Mostly drug cases, and most of them for marijuana. ~~~

"Jack Booted Thugs" ~Fergie's Tech Blog |
"So now we see tyranny emerging in its most blatant form: citizen spies; government COINTELPRO operations against peaceful assembly; technological surveillance of every stripe, and the jackbooted common thug promoted to the top of the class in order to enforce an increasingly regimented society where thought is an actual liability." ~Tyranny's Last Stand, ActivistPost

Where's the Beef?
In September of 2007, officials (including the DEA) busted a marijuana grow site in Van Buren County, Arkansas, alleging that over 9000 plants worth over $5million were seized. Watch the video and let us know what you think....

Big Brother
Remember 'Big Brother' from Orwell's (then) 'futuristic' horror-flic "1984"...? Well apparently the folks who authorize the 'rehab' DAP (Drug Rehabilitation Program) for federal inmates do. And apparently they take rather kindly to it. It's a sad, expenseive joke. Now that the govt. says they are going to economize, I can see DAP being dismantled. It's useless, I know, I been there. Get a closer look yourself. Read this blog posted by inmates who have been there. ~~~

Decades of Outrage...
![]() |
By comparison to what passes as 'oversight' of seized assets, Bernie Madoff seems pure as the driven snow. Photo: TPM |
The United States Government is probably the most corrupt on earth. Certainly, considering it's size. As the Tortuga Axiom makes plain in HOAX, where there is a pile of cash there are thieves. The DEA (Drug Extortion Army) is currently the worst and most notorious example of same on earth but it would seem the US Marshals Service may be taking a cue from their narco brethren.
Fired governmental oversight man Brian S. Aryai, has brought a whistle-blower lawsuit against the Marshal's hot shot Leonard Briskman, the man who recently headed up the Assets Forfeitures Division. Briskman was solely responsible for disposing of these seized items for top dollar and then returning said monies to people who were bilked.
Unlike the DEA, we aren't talking about flat screen TV's and race horses but complex financial instruments and securities involved in white collar crimes. Briskman was calling himself a contractor but on Uncle Sam's dime to wit: 'Asset Valuation Advisors.' The Inspector General of the Justice Department is investigating.
Still, this is petty cash compared to Drug Extortion Army agents who steal millions per day from drug dealers. inmate9 urges all readers to contact congressmen and the Inspector General. Investigate now! It's been decades of this outrage.

To keep the uninformed ignorant...

People of Eger, in the Sudetenland (now Cheb, Czech Republic), greet German soldiers with the Hitler salute in October 1938. ~Wikipedia |
One of the top five causes of death in the United States is prescription drugs. Yet, billions of dollars are spent developing and promoting these demon-pharmaceuticals, and the drug companies that market them have the backing of the FDA, AMA and other groups whose social prestigue dazzles our underinformed customer base.
I have to say that's a chicken-shit way to go about it. Grow up. Grow Pot. Legalize it, bankrupt the DEA and let it go. ~Call Me Diogenes
I am sick to death of the greatest ongoing criminal enterprise both inside and outside of Wall Street that is not being scrutinized by the public eye. The Drug Enforcement Agency is a den of thieves. It is the most powerful 'para-military' agency on the face of the earth.
Our elected cognoscenti either know this and are complicit or are stupidly naive and oblivious to the handwriting on the wall. Either way, our national security and personal well-being is in deep danger. The war on drugs is steadily spilling across our southern border and the real reason for this is staring us right in the face.
We want the DEA investigated and audited, and we want people like Congressman Ron Paul to take on this mission.
Paul is out to abolish the Fed (which isn't a bad idea) but he is also open to legalizing marijuana and ending the war on drugs. And the facts he lays out in the above video about the war in Afghanistan equally apply to the drug-war. We say he should start digging into the DEA. We hope that someone who is close to him will pass along HOAX.
This is an urgent endeavor for America. We say that just as the police will investigate an individual for theft if others accuse him of it, so too can the Marijuana Prisoners Committee produce thousands of men who will testify the DEA came into their homes and stole money, jewelry (especially Rolex watches), cars, boats and whatever else they deemed spoils of war, just exactly as Hitler's Gestapo did.
This absolute historical parallel alone should be adequate foundation to launch an investigation. We, the Marijuana Prisoners Committee, find cause to believe the DEA
agents steal at least a hundred million dollars a year in cash above and beyond what is reported as (the legalized theft of) 'seized assets' from those they arrest and it is way past time to do something about this. ~~~

Corruption vs Honesty
From the Ohio Teapot Party facebook info page (emphasis added):
"It's not a fight between liberal and conservative, republican and democrat, red against blue, or right against left. It's a fight between corruption and honesty, compassion against cruelty, secrecy against transparency, generosity against greed, and most importantly ignorance against intelligence." ~ John S.
''It's not a war on drugs. It's a war on personal freedom. Keep that in mind at all times.''
~ Bill Hicks
Read this disinformational propaganda by the DEA. Watch the youtube video (below) about DEA raids in Afghanistan and get a clue. The drug-war must end. It breeds only corruption, violence and lies. This is intollerable. We must terminate it. Our national security is at stake.

The wages of drug-war
The masses must be beat over the head with the 2x4 of alarm, the cartels are at the door. Legalization is not just as option, it is mandatory because machine guns are truly dangerous. Much more so that smoke from a joint. Pearl Harbor is just around the corner once again! As that article says: "Few reporters are investigating the rampant corruption within the Mexican government itself that has facilitated the spread and growth of that drug trade — and in many cases has participated in it." Do you really think things are different here in the U.S.A. ??? Read HOAX now and demand that our government take action before it's too late!!!

Worth repeating.
The Drug Extortion Army, which number a little over 10,000 men and women are estimated to 'steal' (in 'legal' seizure & corrupt graft) over $100,000,000 in cash per year. That's $100,000 per person. And, we are told by reliable sources, the DEA live like royalty when they are on official business in foreign countries.

DEA = Drug Extortion Army
![]() |
Photo credit: Shay Sowden From a photo-essay published by laist |
But the DEA is having none of it. They are contemplating a broad attack on all facets of the med pot trade and Inmate9 believes that means raids on grow-sites this year. Big raids.
The DEA will deputize every cop in sight as well as the national guard and start choping by early summer. Just because Attorney General Holder said it was all right last year means nothing after Nov. 2.
He's changed his mind and we can expect no help from the Obama administration in the future. Obama has turned out to be just another expedient politician. The only diff was he was a black one and he was even a pot smoker himself!
Oh, well. If you are a med-grower and have never been involved with the cops and especially the feds, be ready for some grief. The DEA is all powerful and the feds cheat in court. No one wins against them.
Inmate9 expects to see a new surge of brothers in arms flooding in here soon. Do not forget fellow pot legalziationers, the 'exclusionary rule.' The Federal Government trumps the states in almost all things. The state laws do not protect you in any way. What we must hope for is an awakening to the brewing scandal that is the DEA theft mill.
We say subponea ten thousand drug dealers that have served or are serving time now who say they have been robed by DEA. Write your congressman and demand an investigation of the DEA.
Don't forget, the DEA knows it's critical to defeat the legalize-marijuana-effort. If marijuana were to be legalized it would be the end for DEA and the money they steal daily from drug dealers. DEA must keep the drug cartels in control of the marijuana trade and since anyone should know so called interdiction does nothing to blunt the trade, keeping their collaborators, the cartels in control is the whole point.
The Drug Extortion Army, which number a little over 10,000 men and women, are estimated to steal over $100,000,000 in cash per year. ~~~
