Big Brother

Remember 'Big Brother' from Orwell's (then) 'futuristic' horror-flic "1984"...? Well apparently the folks who authorize the 'rehab' DAP (Drug Rehabilitation Program) for federal inmates do. And apparently they take rather kindly to it. It's a sad, expenseive joke. Now that the govt. says they are going to economize, I can see DAP being dismantled. It's useless, I know, I been there.
