One more xmas to go.

Merry Xmas to all of you from me also. Here it was ok as jail goes. Lots of food, a plastic bag full of junk food (mostly candy and chips etc), xmas lights the guys put up and their xmas play (of which their practice interfered with our geezer yoga class but I tolereated them). This was all interrupted however by never ending 'emergency counts.' The counts are the worst thing probably about all this, they are ceaseless. No one ever is gone either -- at least this year. Actually 3 ran off last year.


Regarding the articles referenced in the post below, and the one about letting prisoners smoke pot in prison, the guy I am writing a book about spent two years in Mexican prisons where pot was readily available as well as booze and glue.
